№ 0009600404

Common

Grain weights — kept in the North Ink stack.

Edition 9,600,404 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly circles, mostly lilac. It sits in block 120,458, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

Ink has browned at the edge. Night archivist Costa set it down in a wax rubbing, and the sheet shows a thumbprint in the margin.

It is folio 404 of Cedar 1, in the Last Vault, North Ink stack. Two witnesses disagree by a single unit.
