Common

Winter bird counts — kept in the Lower Brass stack.

Edition 520,198,998 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly rectangles, mostly brass. It sits in block 119,988, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

Someone numbered it in pencil. Copyist Moreau set it down in graphite, and the sheet shows a stamp riding off the edge.
