The Thin Tablet

№ 0497001002

Common

Winter bird counts — kept in the Upper Copper stack.

Edition 497,001,002 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly squares, mostly saffron. It sits in block 28,635, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

A later hand corrected the title. Binder Costa set it down in graphite, and the sheet shows fibers lifted where a label was peeled.

It is folio 2 of Elm 1, in the Thin Gallery, Upper Copper stack. The count was revised downward.
