№ 0039375309

Common

Winter bird counts — kept in the North Salt stack.

Edition 39,375,309 of 1,000,000,000. 100 shapes, mostly hexagons, mostly cobalt. It sits in block 25,607, minted with that block's other 4,999 editions, scattered across the billion.

The original was copied twice. Proofreader Walsh set it down in a punched card, and the sheet shows fibers lifted where a label was peeled.
